Description of taks/activity

Als SAP HCM Entwickler analysiert Du die Prozessanforderungen unserer Kunden und erarbeitest technische Lösungskonzepte für die optimale Abbildung derer Geschäftsprozesse in SAP HCM.
Dabei bist Du als technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Modulberater in allen Projektphasen involviert, sowohl in Einführungsprojekten als auch im langfristigen Support.
Zudem bist Du für Integration und Schnittstellenentwicklung zuständig (Non-SAP Systeme, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, usw.).
Bei Interesse kannst Du die (Teil-) Projektleitung in kleineren Teams vor Ort oder remote bei unseren Kunden übernehmen und im Bereich Presales unterstützen.

Qualifications (Skills)

Du verfügst über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der SAP HCM Entwicklung.
Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in ABAP und bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen mit SAP UI5, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration, OData Services & Workflows.
Zudem überzeugst Du mit deinem lösungs- und prozessorientierten Denken sowie deiner Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und fließend Englisch.
